| Organic
farming is a mode of production perfectly
defined, regulated and controlled, which
falls within our sustainable development approach.
Its
principles, which apply to plants and minerals, are
environmentally friendly and respect ecological equilibrium,
ground fertility and animal well-being (crop rotation,
selection of varieties adapted to soil and climate,
prohibition of farming in confinement,…).
Products that are used to fertilize, to fight against
insects and diseases are strictly classified. Fertilizers,
herbicides and synthetic fungicides are forbidden. |
