The last step to control our fabrications is carried out by juries of experts in sensory analysis who measure, compare, assess our improvers’ efficiency on finished articles.
The juries also take part in the assessment of consumers’ expectations as regards texture, taste, colour and its meaning in customer objectives.
Our sensory evaluation laboratory has been conceived to be respectful of light, temperature and hygrometry conditions in accordance with AFNOR standards.
