Acting to feed a better future really makes sense in our CRC® range which is growing and responding to a strong bakery market demand.

All players upstream in the CRC® network: farmers, cooperatives and traders, are committed to alternative methods of production, allowing us to increase our range of CRC® ingredients. Cereals grown in this way are then produced according to rigorous specifications that guarantee quality and traceability according to 4 key commitments: 

  • French cereals
  • Sustainable growing methods, without post-harvest treatments
  • Agricultural practices that favour biodiversity
  • Fair compensation for farmers

Today we offer a broad palette of flavours and colours which combine Ingredients Expertise and Formulation Expertise with the ingredients from our CRC® range and the ingredients blends which make up the premixes for speciality breads and patisserie products: brans, flakes, semolina, crushed cereals, PARFEN roasted flour, LEFAP devitalised yeasts, premix, enzymatic mixes…all offer numerous possibilities for your CRC® products. 

Currently, the ingredients that we have developed are based on soft wheat, hard wheat and rye cultivated following CRC® standards, other cereals will be offered in the near future.
