JEEP 2020: videoconference without borders

All on board for the 13th EUROGERM JEEP! Every year at the Saint-Apollinaire head office 

(near Dijon in France) the JEEP, as we call our Exchange and Progress Days (Journées d’Echanges Et de Progrès), which bring together the group French and international decision-makers. Indeed, normally the directors of subsidiaries come from all corners of the earth, the USA, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Morocco, Senegal, South Africa, Lebanon.

In this very particular year 2020, it has not been possible to travel and we have had to very rapidly put in place other ways to handle communications in order to continue to exchange and to make progress all together, therefore making way for the e-JEEP!

The first Zoom focussed on our international successes brought together 90 participants online, all very happy to get together or to get to know each other; this videoconference format has the advantage of being able to very easily open up meetings access across the teams!

What challenge will we have to meet next year?
