• In the nose: poppyseed predominates – slightly malty and toasted - Hemp.
• In the mouth: the crumb is fresh, slightly moist, so that the crunchiness of the seeds stands out. Its taste is a bit malty and toasted, with a hint of acidity – the initial mouthfeel is Poppyseed – with an aftertaste of Hemp.
