A nutritional quality indicator that is in the process of becoming obligatory in France and in Europe.

Launched in 2017, the Nutri-Score nutritional indicator helps the customer to take into consideration the nutritional quality of products thanks to a colour system going from dark green (A classification) which is the best to red (E classification) which is the worst. As it is rolled it, it should become a realistic way for the consumer to make a comparison and selection in the same way as the price, marketing, list of ingredients….

With the aim of optimising the Nutri-Score of morning goods products, EUROGERM has designed the clean label premix ADDIGERM BRIOCHE NUTRIA CL, from which it is possible to produce a chocolate chip brioche roll* which can display a Nutri-Score A! First morning goods with an A, NutriA is an appropriate response for a balanced diet, giving a level of comfort to consumers!

With reduced sugar (-50%), fat (-45%), saturated fat (-50%) and salt (-20%), it is equally a source of fibre and protein, a nutritional feature to date non-existent in classic morning goods. Combining sensory enjoyment with nutritional quality, it remains soft and smooth, perfect for a snack or small meal.
