USA: CREATION of EUROGERM KB LLC

Resulting from the merger of EUROGERM USA and KB INGREDIENTS, the EUROGERM group has acquired a new strategic tool with the company EUROGERM KB LLC which will operate on the North American and Caribbean markets.

This new company will bring together the complementary activities of the two players to offer customers a complete and optimized range of products and services, from design to distribution.
